Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Conditions of Sale regulate the purchase of products offered through the website dicostashop.com , VAT number 08731720721 (hereinafter the “Seller”).

 

Each order placed by users (hereinafter "Customers") constitutes a purchase offer and is governed exclusively by these Terms and Conditions, which form an integral part of any sales transaction. The applicable conditions are those published on the site at the time the order is placed.

 

Placing an order electronically and making the subsequent payment implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which have been drawn up in compliance with current legislation on electronic commerce and distance contracts, in particular Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

 

1. Product information and prices

 

1.1 All prices listed on the website are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Published prices may be updated or changed at any time and are valid while stocks last.

 

The Seller reserves the right to correct any material or IT errors relating to prices and to cancel orders placed under manifestly incorrect conditions.

 

1.2 Product data sheets and technical information are provided by the manufacturers. Di Costa Caffè does not guarantee the absolute accuracy or completeness of this data. Images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.

 

2. Orders and tax documentation

 

2.1 The order is considered accepted only upon actual processing by the Seller. Mere receipt of the order does not constitute automatic acceptance.

 

2.2 In the event of unavailability of the ordered products, the Customer will be promptly informed and, if payment has already been made, will receive a refund. No further compensation is provided.

 

2.3 The invoice or tax documentation will be issued upon request by the Customer at the time of shipment and may also be sent in electronic format via email.

 

3. Payment methods

 

The Customer can choose between the following payment methods:

 

Credit cards

We accept all major cards enabled for electronic payments, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PostePay, and equivalent circuits.

 

PayPal

Payment can be made via PayPal account by entering your credentials.

 

Mark

Available exclusively in Italy. Payment is cash on delivery and is subject to a fixed additional charge of € 3.50 .

 

Advance bank transfer

Payment by bank transfer must be made before shipment. Any bank charges are the customer's responsibility. It is mandatory to include the order number in the payment description to ensure proper processing.

 

4. Shipping and delivery

 

4.1 Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise indicated. Deliveries are made via express couriers and are normally made at street level.

 

4.2 The delivery times indicated are indicative and non-binding. Delays of less than 15 days do not entitle you to cancel the contract or request compensation.

 

4.3 The Seller may make partial shipments relating to the same order at no additional cost to the Customer.

 

4.4 Any special delivery methods must be agreed upon in advance and accepted in writing.

 

5. Promotions and giveaways

 

5.1 Special offers are valid until stocks last and cannot be combined, unless otherwise indicated.

 

5.2 Any free products are included only if available and while stocks last.

 

6. Warranty and limitations of liability

 

6.1 The Seller guarantees the integrity of the products at the time of delivery. Any defects must be reported within 14 days of receipt, accompanied by adequate documentation.

 

6.2 In any case, the Seller's liability may not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the disputed products, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

 

7. Modification, cancellation and returns

 

7.1 Orders can only be modified or cancelled before the preparation phase begins. The request must be submitted via email or through the order section of the website.

 

8. Competent court

 

For any dispute relating to these Conditions, without prejudice to the consumer's mandatory rights, the Court of Bari shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
