Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Customer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods, in compliance with the conditions indicated below.

 

Conditions for accepting returns

 

Returns are permitted only if:

 

the products are intact, unused and not tampered with;

for coffee and food products, the packages must be sealed and unopened;

the original packaging is in perfect condition, with no tape or labels applied directly to the package;

there are no courier labels on the original boxes.

 

Food products that have been opened, even partially, cannot be returned as they are no longer resalable.

Costa Caffè is not responsible for products declared defective or non-functioning if used on coffee machines not supplied or distributed directly by the Seller.

 

Refund Policy

 

If the return is accepted, the refund will only cover the value of the products, excluding the shipping costs incurred for the initial delivery.

The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, which must be correctly packaged and sent to the address provided by the Seller.

 

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and must be sent via tracked shipping. The goods remain the customer's responsibility until they are received at the warehouse.

 

Return procedure

 

To correctly start the return procedure, the Customer must:

 

provide receipt or invoice (mandatory);

 

keep the original packaging intact;

 

communicate in advance the intention to make the return;

 

wait for explicit authorization before shipping the goods.

 

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
